Charles Smithart appeals his convictions for kidnapping, AS 11.41.300(a)(1)(C), first-degree sexual assault, AS 11.41.410(a)(1), and first-degree murder, AS 11.41.100(a)(1). He questions three of the trial courts evidentiary rulings. Having reviewed the record, we conclude that two of the trial courts rulings were correct and the error in the third ruling was harmless. We therefore affirm Smitharts conviction.
