Pacific Powder, Pipe and Supply (Pacific) and the Department of Labor and Industries*fn1 (hereinafter collectively referred to as appellants) appeal from a superior court judgment upon a jury verdict. The verdict reversed an earlier denial by the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals of Raymond L. Snyder's claim that he sustained an occupational disease*fn2 in the course of his employment with Pacific. The primary issue on appeal is whether aggravation of a preexisting occupational disease is compensable as an occupational disease under the Industrial Insurance Act, Title 51, Revised Code of Washington. We affirm.
